The school was established as a standard day school in the year 2020 and is currently transitioning its mandate to operate as both a day school and a boarding school.

REGISTRATION The school was officially registered under the number EM. 20398 in the year 2023, under the name "Guardian Angel." The name was subsequently changed following the BRELA business registration in 2024, to become Guardian Star English Medium Pre and Primary School.
